Huckabee Dental is committed to protecting your online privacy. We feel it is important for you to know how we handle the information we receive from you via the Internet. You can visit the Huckabee Dental website without revealing any personal information. However, you are required to provide basic contact information if you wish to use the site to request an appointment, ask a question or subscribe to a newsletter, or apply for a position as an employee. If you wish to request an appointment, you will be asked what type of dental services you wish to obtain. If you wish to apply for a position as an employee, you will be asked to submit your current resume.

How we and our affiliates collect and use personal information

The website of Huckabee Dental may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Huckabee Dental has no control over the privacy policies and practices of such third party sites, and if you have any concerns, you are urged to review the terms of those sites for more information about the policies applicable to those sites.

IP Addresses

We collect and log the IP address of all visitors to Huckabee Dental. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. We collect IP address information so that we can properly administer our system and gather aggregate information about how our site is being used, including the pages visitors are viewing. Email communication that you send to us via the email links on our site may be shared with a customer service representative, employee, dental expert or agent that is most able to address your inquiry. We make every effort to respond in a timely fashion once communication are received. Once we have responded to your communication, it is discarded or archived, depending on the nature of the inquiry.

It’s possible that your email communication may be accessed or viewed by another Internet user while in transit to us. If you wish to keep your communication private, do not use our email.

COVID-19 and Huckabee Dental

We are still seeing patients

We are taking all the necessary precautions recommended by the CDC and local health agencies in the DFW Area. In a small controlled environment such as our offices it is easy to quickly and swiftly implement new emerging protocols as those recommendations become available. We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves.

When you arrive call 817-329-4746 to inform us you’re in the parking lot.  We will text you when your room is available. You will then simply walk in and we’ll show you to your treatment room.

 

No-Fee Rescheduling

There will be no fee for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.  However, let us know as soon as possible so we can staff the office appropriately.  We do request that any patients with symptoms associated with COVID 19 (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc) or been in close contact recently with anyone with these symptoms please notify us so that we can reschedule your appointment. For those patients who fall into a higher risk category (elderly or pre-existing conditions) for severe responses to COVID-19 who would like to reschedule their appointment, we please ask that you notify our office as soon as you have made this decision.

 

Social Distancing and other measures

We are temperature testing all staff twice daily for fever.  We also temperature test all patients. Anyone with a temperature above 100 will be sent home.
 
In this rapidly evolving situation we will continue to closely monitor guidelines and make changes to our current response as needed.  Non-clinical areas have increased disinfecting measures put in place At Cross Timbers Dental the health and well-being of our patients and team member has always been of upmost important. We understand the concerns and uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our community as the situation evolves and more information is provided.
