Cosmetic Full Upper Denture

Full upper denture: $2000 and up

Most patients can get accustomed to an upper denture	Plastic covers roof of mouth which limits taste
Can be fabricated with a very cosmetic appearance	Held in by suction which can be limited in some patients
Least expensive	Denture sore spots
We use the Eclipse Denture exclusively	Removable

Upper Implant Supported Denture

Upper implant supported denture:

With 4 implants & new denture : $10,000 and up

With 6 implants & new denture : $15,000 and up

Upper Implant Supported Hybrid Denture

6 Dental Implants with new Hybrid Bridge: $20,500 and up

Fixed in mouth (non-removable)

Cosmetic Full Lower Denture

Full lower denture: $2000 and up

Pros	Cons
Can be made very cosmetic	Bad retention and comfort (moves and comes loose)
Least expensive	Denture sore spots
We use the Eclipse Denture exclusively	Most patients never truly get used to a lower denture
	Bone loss will continue requiring relines in future

Lower Denture Supported with 4 Mini Implants

4 mini implants cost $4,300 does not include new denture

Pros	Cons
Can be made very cosmetic	Requires 4 mini-implants
Much better fit and stability than without implants	With mini-implants, there is still some movement to the denture
Mini implants cost less than regular implants	Mini implants do not have the proven longevity of regular implants

2 implants connected to existing lower denture: $4,600 does not include lower denture

Unless your present dentures are ideal, we sometimes recommend the fabrication of new dentures along with implants. Implant fees do not include existing tooth removal, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, or sedation. We cannot quote accurate information regarding the possibilities for your treatment without a proper examination.

Our 4 Keys to Successful Dentures

Tooth Size and Shape ? Does the tooth size complement the face? Do the shapes of the teeth match the patient?s desires?

Tooth and Gum Color ? Natural, yet Cosmetic. A cheaper denture just looks fake. Quality denture teeth have a variety of shades in place for an enhanced appearance.

Tooth Position ? How are the teeth oriented? This is the big one. Do the teeth show too much or too little? Are the teeth set so the jaws are too close together? Are the positions of the teeth comfortable? This is what really takes a skilled dentist?s time to determine and get correct. This step is what separates and average denture from a great one.

Fit of the Denture to the Mouth - How does the denture fit? Modern materials can take a very accurate recording of the mouth. The denture should fit the mouth precisely. In some cases, due to the shape of the mouth or excessive bone loss, the denture fit will be mediocre at best. In these cases, Dental Implants should be considered.
